To keep your Fluorite jewelry in its best condition, we recommend the following:
- Store your jewelry individually in the Fluorite box to prevent friction and tangling with other pieces.
- Clean your jewelry using the cloth provided in the box to maintain its original shine.
- Avoid direct exposure to products such as perfumes, hairsprays, or similar substances, as they may affect the metal, cause discoloration, or reduce the brilliance of zircon stones.
Warranty
Fluorite guarantees its products, crafted from premium sterling silver combined with gold using specialized techniques, including zircon and gemstones, purchased through authorized Fluorite sales channels. These products are of high quality and free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid for one (1) year.
This warranty is an added value to the product and does not affect its original worth.
What Does the Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as:
- Polishing defects
- Bubbles or impurities
- Incorrect positioning of components
- Product discoloration
What Is Not Covered by the Warranty?
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, or modifications
- Wear and tear due to exposure to environmental factors over time
- Failure to follow care instructions provided on the website
- Products not purchased through official Fluorite stores, authorized retailers, or the official Fluorite website
Warranty Claims
- Proof of purchase (store receipt, gift receipt, or Fluorite warranty certificate issued by Fluorite or an authorized retailer) is required for any warranty claim. Customers must retain their receipt or warranty certificate.
- Jewelry covered under warranty will be repaired where possible or replaced, with only delivery charges applied. No charges will apply for materials or workmanship if the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect under normal use.
- Each item under warranty may be replaced. If the original piece is unavailable, it will be replaced with a similar item of equal value.
